Amiga 1000: After reading of the kickstart disk the normal kickstart screen is displayed. THere is a simple white screen that prompts you to insert a workbench disk. Note: Unlike the versions 1.2 and 1.3 there is no version number.

When you turn on the CDTV an animation is shown with a CD and the CDTV logo.
The music player starts automatically when you insert an audio CD. It is used later also similar to the CD32.
The settings are clearly summarized. It is possible to set the time, the language, the time for the screen saver, the picture position, Key sound and settings for video and genlock. If a game or program is available in multiple languages on a CD, then the selected language is automatically used. The time is displayed on the front of CDTV.
When you turn a colorful animation is shown with a CD. Also the CD32 logo is visible. It even played a startup melody.

The CD32 has no memory cards, but an internal memory. Here you can set which scores are to be preserved. If the memory is full, old scores will get overwritten, unless you have checked it.
